WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We are currently servicing the Chicagoland Northwest Suburbs starting from Niles to as far north as Lake Forest to as far west as St Charles. We have limited availability in the city but can service most of the northern part of Chicago (additional surcharges of up to $20 may apply) . SAME DAY DELIVERY

All same day delivery requests must be submitted no later than 2pm to give us adequate time to package your order and put it on our routes. An additional fee will be assessed based on the distance from our current deliveries.

DO MY ORDERS HAVE TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS?

Your orders can only be delivered to an approved shipping address. If you need your order delivered to a different location call us at 773-888-DANK (3265)

HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY WORK?

Please fill out all your information correctly. All delivery addresses will have to be verified by our agents to ensure that it is within our delivery zone and you will receive a confirmation email once everything has been verified. You must confirm at least 12 hours before you delivery window for your order to be processed.

 

  • Due to Covid-19 and for the safety of everyone masks are recommended for all transactions (even if it is done outside)
  • For security, our drivers will not carry cash on hand so please have exact change ready
  • Must show ID to the driver
  • For any apartment/condo or high-rise deliveries we request deliveries be done downstairs by the front door or outside
  • The most a delivery driver can be held at the delivery location for someone 21+ to meet with COD is 5 minutes. Anything after that will be at the discretion of the driver and customer may be responsible for any possible redelivery fees that occur due to a missed delivery.
  • Tips are welcomed and encouraged

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Once address, email, phone number are confirmed your order will be processed for delivery the next day within your requested delivery window. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your delivery window begins. Same-day deliveries may be available. Contact us for more info

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

All orders are preferred to be made online.

If you are having issues or for same day delivers please call 773-888-DANK (3265). We will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.

ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

  • Click on the desired product(s) and choose your quantity/weight and then click “add to cart”
  • Once all your desired product(s) are in the shopping cart start the check out process my clicking “check out”
  • At the check out screen please insure that your address and phone number are correct and check the option for text updates if you wish to receive text message updates for the delivery
  • Pick a delivery window
  • Once all info is inputted click “place order” and our team will start the verification process
  • Once all the info is verified on our end you will receive a confirmation email/text. Confirmation must be sent within 12 hours of your delivery window for your order to be processed and put on our delivery route for the next day

There will be a $20 delivery fee added to any order

Additional surcharge of up to $20 may apply for deliveries into the city

Additional surcharges will apply for any same day deliveries (amount varies based on driver availability and delivery location)
